I have 3 of these doors on our home. I built the house in 2017. All three doors are falling apart. I have never had a door fall apart. All of the seals are just falling out of each panel. I will never buy another door from this company.

I ordered a new garage door from Richards-Wilcox Canada and the whole experience was a massive disappointment. I waited way past the timeline they originally gave me, and after all those months of delays, the door finally showed up completely damaged. You would think taking that much extra time would mean they were making sure the product was perfect. Terrible quality control and definitely not worth the endless wait.
Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Both garage doors installed on my new home had noticeable manufacturing defects. While one door was replaced, the second has been on backorder for months. The warranty restrictions have also left us with mismatched door colors. Overall, the product quality and service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this company.
