I took my jet ski to Richard to figure out what was wrong. With in a few days he let me know it was just the spark plugs that needed to be replaced. He performed a "tune up" which included an oil change, oil filter and 4 new spark plugs for $350. He had the jet ski back to me in a little over a week.
Great! Richard had half work done same day. I will update once I take boat out and try it.
Repair work was not good. Took the ski Out And left me stranded.
Wow!! Richard goes above and beyond in his service!! He helped us so much in figuring out what was wrong with our jet ski, he even came into the shop on the 4th of July to get us a part for our ski so we could get on the water for the holiday!! You just don’t find service like that anymore, especially not at the big boat stores!!! Thank you Richard!!
