Horrid at communicating always out of the office and unreachable. If you want your parents estate mishandled and things sold out of the estate without you being notified these are the people to go to. Absolute debacle dealing with these people they allowed a money hungry woman who had no right to to sell a precious family heirloom to "put money in the estate"
