Just left Richard's Tire. Thought I was going in to have one or more new brakes installed as my vehicle was making a grinding noise when I stepped on the brakes. After a relatively short wait, I was told my brake pads were just dirty. After being cleaned they are just fine. The charge was $35.00 and no new brakes needed. I appreciate their honesty. How refreshing to deal with an honest company.

Brought a project (reconditioning) Suburban into Richards, and these folks went over the top to make sure the job was done and done right and that I drove away happy!!! The entire staff seemed to have been involved at one point or another which left me with great confidence in their efforts. Fair prices, Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff!!! Oh Yea, Highly Recommend Richards!!!!!
I made a appointment to get my tires rotated and showed up 30 minutes early by accident. They were able to get me right in and I was finished and back on the road within 12 minutes. The customer service was unbelievably fast and very friendly. I'll continue to use them in the future and I strongly recommend.
