So happy I stopped there with my flat tire. Two of my tires were in pretty bad shape and another had a slow leak so the service guy offered a good quote for new tires, but he also offered alternative solutions which worked out great! I'll be coming back for those new tires when the time comes.
I have been a long-time customer of Richards Tire and it all ended today with my experience dropped my vehicle off to have the snow tires removed and summer tires put on got a phone call stating they got it done early which was great then the gentleman began to tell me they had to put the regular Lugnuts on due to the fact they broke the special lug nut wrench to take off the keyed Lugnuts he stated probably due to corrosion which was incorrect because it was brand new only used once before by them to put the snow tires on w... read more

Had my snow tires put on this morning for my appointment at 8:30 and they were done by 9! Great customer service. I’ve also gotten my brakes worked on there before and they’ve done a great job.
Went in for a simple alignment check after replacing front end parts on my truck. Was told wouldn’t do alignment until loose parts I replaced 1 weeks prior (the same brand they use) were fixed. Another place trying to make extra money selling stuff you don’t need imo. Will never return for anything.
We had a soft tire on the rear of our motorhome. We went to Richard's Tire in Petoskey. They helped us immediately. Not only was the outer rear soft, the inner tire was flat! Their friendly staff put new valve stems and extenders on both sides. They checked air in each tire and had us back on the road. WOW! So glad we went to Richard's. Quality, friendly and professional. Thank you so very much!!!

Highest prices around!!! Rude & unprofessional!! It is absolutely disgusting how the staff treats it’s customers! Do yourself a favor & if you ever need tires, DO NOT go to Richards Tire! You will definitely regret it if you do!
