I was own my way to Mansfield Louisiana from Jennings for the wake of a dear friend, I hit something in the road which blew out my tire and destroyed my rim. I called Richards Tire Shop, at first they told me that they didn't offer roadside assistance, but then asked me where I was located and they sent one of their workers in his personal vehicle, he changed my tire in the rain, I then followed him to Richard's Tire shopped asked him what I owed him, he told me "what ever seems fair to you" I was blown away. They need to learn friendly is Free and also how to count, Tension can be cut with a knife most days. Was told I had 3 people in front of me at 8:45am, after I waited over 7-1/2 hours for an alignment, I counted 5 vehicles who were worked before me only to learn they were about to close and I would have to come back tomorrow and first come first served. Pretty Sorry place that couldn't spell friendly between the lot of them.

Richard's tires is a great shop. I am familiar with tire repair as I have done it. They are a well-established business. Very very friendly and they know what they're doing as good as any shop in a big city. I believe they can handle all your needs
