Suzanne listens and offers excellent advice and tips to help her patients cope. I went to het to deal with trauma.
Suzanne is more interested in keeping you as a patient than helping. She always has the right words to say, promises for treatment modalities - EMDR, Biofeedback Therapy and excuses as to why those treatment modalities weren't utilized. Unless there is a magic door in her small office, I never see any EMDR equipment. Ever. She won't admit when she is out of her depth. Instead, she sees clients she can't help and rather than making a referral, she bemoans her client for not making progress.
