I feel well cared for when working with Dr. Richards. She's professional, hard working, and looking out for my overall wellbeing. I feel listened to and know I'm being recommended with the best next steps. I'm my own best advocate when it comes to my health and I feel like Dr. Richards is a valuable source of health, care, and knowledge.

She is a wonderful doctor who will Keep alternative treatments in mind before taking drastic or pharmaceutial Actions. I hate losing her, but my insurance no longer offers her and I had to seek another caregiver.

As a trauma nurse of 30 years, I trust Dr. Richards with my life and health, and I don't suffer fools or mediocre MD's gladly. She has helped me tackle a number of health challenges that were making me feel overwhelmed in a kind, achievable manner, and I am the healthier (and happier) for it. She has given me good advice and made a referral last year that improved my quality of life measurably. She listens and includes patients in the plan of care, and tries to make a difference. So rare!

Lied to by the office staff. Left on hold. Told I could make an appointment as soon as my child had Dr Richards listed as her primary. Now I am told that I was lied to and I have to start the whole process of locating a new doctor that takes our insurance. Both of the office staff I spoke with were incredibly rude.
