Mr Miller is very friendly and personable. We talked a lot about what this issue could be on my son’s alternator. He rebuilds alternators so he searched for parts first just to make sure they’re even available, which was very smart because some of the parts were not available. He has a machine that tests alternators but the alternator has to be off the car to do that. He found someone that could do that for us and set up a meeting at his shop. Oriellys told me my alternator was bad , a new one was 400$ .2015 chevy 2500. I pulled it off and took it to Richard’s . He bench tested it and it’s working fine. He didn’t charge me anything and told me to bring my truck up there and he would Check the battery, and offered other possible solutions to my problem. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
