There's a bald guy who acts like he owns the place, and he's terrible at customer service. If he doesn't replace those kinds of employees, the company is going to go bankrupt, because it's thanks to companies like mine that rent to him that he makes a living. He should be more grateful.

I brought my redmax trimmer there to be repaired. I paid $84 dollars to have it fixed and when I tried to run the trimmer it would not start.I returned the trimmer to be fixed and waited 2 more weeks without any communication from this place that ripped me off.I went there and picked up my broken weed Wacker and nobody even apologized or said anything to me. I went to lakehurst equipment repair in Jackson and picked up a new carburetor and fixed it my self. So the bottom line is stay away from this place.

This place is like a hidden gem. Was recommended from Blossom in Toms River before he retired and couldn't be more pleased. The service has been great and the people we've dealt with have been very nice. My husband even bought me a new light weight leaf blower that's way better than our other one. Will definitely be going there from now for all my lawn equipment.
