I called Mr Richard with carpet issues!!! I truly felt I was going to have to pull all the carpet and make plans for a floor remake. Well, I’m happy to say that Mr Richard did just what he had professed! When I asked him if he could clean the carpet, he looked around and replied with, “Yes ma’am. I can do it.” He did just that. I’m very satisfied with his service. Professionalism: A+ Cost: Very reasonable

Richard was prompt & very thorough. He was very professional, removed stains, deodorize carpets, & was in & out before I could even pay him. He also does upholstry.
