Asked them to install 4k in aftermarket parts, under 20 hrs worth of work, 5 days later and 3k$ the work was both incomplete and improperly installed in some cases, new B&M short shifter had to be re assembled as the improper install (backwards) caused damage, we were able to use parts from the stock shifter to repair, installed new driveshaft with alignment, we had to correct the alignment at another shop whom had no issues as well as 7 degrees of rear driveshaft angle(adjusted rear uppers) to 1 degree with a level and rein... read more

Richard and Wendy have been in Gibbons for as long as I can remember. They've served my family for at least 3 decades. I trust them and they always do a good job and have never steered me wrong.
Mistakes were made what can happen … I approached the owner … and after pointing out my concerns he said “ leave it with me “ This is months ago….. and never heard back ….. I guess this shop doesn’t take it very seriously…. The invoice was though ….
