Yep... We love Richards. Eat it once or twice a month, even have birthday parties there... The process of getting a credit is insane. They send it from some random weird number that the employees nor manager know to inform you of what it is. They also didnt know if it would come from an email or a phone number so my mother spent 40 minutes speaking to someone and trying to find a credit for $10. The Fairfield location has now regularly lost our business for lack of knowledge on Ida's (the manager) part and for her rudeness. ... read more
