Richard's Paving and Sealcoating LLC was contracted by our HOA Board to sealcoat the roads within the Community. The contract was not shared with any Homeowners, so I cannot comment on it. However, as a Homeowner, I found the workers to be extremely quiet, respectful, and quite responsive to questions asked as they were handling the sealcoating. One of the employees, Mr. Harry Harrison Was very rude and disrespectful talking on the phone. I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor hang up on me. I called again hang up on me.
