I recently moved to Bear, DE and called several companies to look at my asphalt and concrete problems. My estimator was very knowledgeable and showed me where my driveway was paved so many times that water was going in my garage. Richards removed the old concrete and everything. Now my driveway looks great and my garage and basement wall is dry as a bone. 2 others wanted to pave it again. Now my driveway is wider and I don't have to ruin my shoes stepping into the grass. Great Job

My wife called to set up an appointment to have an estimate. The guy on the phone was pushy and insisted on coming over that day, my wife informed him it would be much better to come later when I was home. So after reluctantly agreeing to allow him to come give an estimate that day. He comes over and after a horse and pony show and a poor attitude, he informed my wife that he would have to talk to "the boss" to give a final estimate, and he would come back later because "we don't do email"...
