Absolutely terrible experience with Richard’s Painting. I hired them to paint my home and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. I provided 4.5 gallons of premium paint—more than enough for the job—and made a very clear request: fix one line on the wall and repaint the space cleanly. Instead, the crew—which included two painters they admitted were on trial—decided on their own to plaster dozens of other areas I never asked them to touch.
