Unreliable and untrustworthy! Owner doesn’t seem to care about customers. I would not recommend using Richard’s Maytag for appliance repairs.
Had him come out well over a month ago and despite taking the ignition from the stove and saying he would order that part as well as a motor for the dishwasher, he has not called or attempted to return to do the repairs. We have called and stopped by with no answer or indication of when and if any repairs would indeed be made. Rude and inexcusable.
Back in the middle of September our washing machine decided to quit working. We contacted Richard's Maytag Appliance Ctr to come to our home and take a look at it and see if it was worth repairing. The repairman arrived on 9-20 to diagnose the problem. He said that the repair required a part that would need to be ordered. He told my wife that the part would be in and the repair would be completed in less than one week. One week came and went with no call from the repairman.
