At first, I was treated here as a member of the family. The lady at the front was so nice and seemed motherly to me. The work on my Acura seemed daunting, took about two months to complete. Understandably so; the Acura has 200k+ miles. Cost an arm and leg to do the repairs too. They had me go back to the dealership once work was complete to get a battery 'flashing' done. I called Richard Honda the last week in February asked them about working on my 99 Honda Accord they said they would not be able to look at it into March 6 i made a appointment with them had my car towed there on the march the 3 called them on March 6 the day of my appointment he tells me they are behind but will get to it that week I waited it Friday I went to the shop my car was still in front of the shop where it had been dropped off asked them have they looked at the car they said no but was going to get it push in the s... read more
