Really disappointing experience. My grandmother got me a ring from him years ago and I lost it recently. I went back hoping he'd be able to provide me with the exact replica again. I specified that I wanted it to look exactly like the original ring and even brought in my cousins ring that was exactly like mine. He ended up custom making a ring that was close but definitely not exact. The diamonds were smaller, the face was flatter and had much more metal than the original. I was very disappointed.
