If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll never wish what I went through on anyone. Almost two years later I finally found out that my complaint with the funeral board is closed and that a two year probation has been issued. This funeral home would not tell me where my father’s body was even after I was told by the crematory that they didn’t have his body which is what the funeral home told me. Continues to steal money from people including my mother...Jimmy you be ashamed of yourself for doing this to people especially in a small town. I hope GOD works on your heart and you do what is right to the people you have wronged. Legal action seems to be the way to go here...

We're still waiting, 14 months for my mother's headstone. I've tried everything except legal action. I just keep getting the run around. I have a cousin who has been waiting over 3 years for a gravestone from Richard's Funeral Home. Update 04/03/2025: Still waiting on Mom's headstone 🪦, it's been 16 months.

I've been calling for a whole week now trying to send my long lost brother some flowers. I keep getting "call service " who says, "Can they call you back?" She takes my name, confirm my number, and 2 days go by. I call again with the same process. It's the end of the week and I still haven't heard anything from anyone at this funeral home.
