Hi I shop here often but this is the second time I have come to this location and it is closed earlier than the listed time. There was no note or any announcement on your Facebook page. I tried calling and got no answer. I got here at 3p and the door was locked and lights out. A few months ago I witnessed an employee locking up before the listed close time.

I wish I could give this place no stars because of one of the employees treated me and my mother as if we were criminals all because we mixed candies together in one bag. When she saw our candy she immediately said “now your not under arrest, but you can’t mix your candies”. She was very rude and I will not be returning to the store ever again after being treated so terribly

Sorry to say, this store chain has gone downhill since changing hands! Lousy staff and selection of everything. Old bulk from your stores that closed. Especially your Venice store. Probably the next one to close!!

I used to like Richard’s until 1.) They stop carrying a lot of the products that I liked so really it drove me to shop at other stores. 2.) The staff has is unprofessional. On one occasion when I went to the store one employee there started talking about conspiracy theories and politics with me. The next time I came here a another employee started talking about how coronavirus was a hoax with a customer. Which it started another customer to become annoyed that then started an argument to ensue. This particular Richard’s loca... read more
