I wish I could recommend Richard’s Custom Jewelers. He said he “scratched” my 1.04 Ct Marquis diamond ( it was my mother’s wedding ring) while repairing it and sent it out to be polished. When I received my ring, the 1.04 ct Marquis diamond was smaller and had a different setting. He lied about the fact that the diamond was smaller and decrease in value by covering it up with a new bezel setting.
