Devin and Rae are so incredible and slay. Best place ever
I was really impressed with how professional and welcoming the team was and if I move forward with my relocation, this place will be at the top of my list. The location is super convenient — close to shopping, dining, and major highways.
Although I did not end up moving forward with a Unity Lofts apartment, Devin was amazing to work with! Was so helpful in showing and sending me many floorplan options that fit my needs and price point. The four lofts they encompass are unique and in such an amazing location in KC.
I had the pleasure of working with Madison Schultz this week to find the perfect loft to call home. Scheduling a tour was quick and easy, and the communication so far has been seamless. Within a day, I was able to tour multiple units, apply, and even re-tour one last time before ultimately deciding on the perfect place in the Richard and Conover Lofts! Not a resident (yet) but I did get a chance to tour with Devin this past weekend and I am obsessed with these lofts. The units have a ton of space, the appliances are updated, there’s a lot of natural light, the building looks very well kept, and the location is perfect. Devin was great and answered all of my questions, and I appreciate him keeping in touch as we wait for my move-in date to approach. Thank you Devin!
