We've used Richards + Company for a mortgage twice now, and both times were an excellent experience. There was some hiccups both times with confusion from banks and our mortgage brokers bugging them, but they always handle everything in stride and worked to accommodate anything that came up. Everyone here is incredibly kind, personable, and helpful, and we won't go anywhere else!
