I initially read the reviews to this place but took it with a grain of salt. There were many bad reviews but went anyway because I never had an issue with dropping my coat off to be cleaned every year. Today I went in to get several casual dresses taken in. Whoever waited on me did not seem to want to do it. She could have just said that she was sorry that they were too busy. There was no price listing on what it would cost anywhere. They refused to clean a coat because it had some of my dog’s hair on it. That’s the point…it needed to be cleaned.

They do not want more work than they have. Rude lady that tries to shame you for having animal hair on clothing. She asked me to clean my sweater and bring it back. Aren't you the cleaners? Not me. They do not replace zippers too. Try other places.
Awful seamstress. Can’t measure. Left 3 pair of easy slacks to be shortened on the machine 1 inch. Paid way too much when I got home I tried on and measured and found 2 of the pairs were still an inch too long and one pair actually was 1/2 inch longer! Called and they said bring back. Nope forget it my loss. After leaving for a week I am not risking anymore mistakes. Will never return with my business.
