I’m shocked at the negative reviews for Richard’s. I’ve been a customer for the last twenty years. From weekly dry cleaning, to periodic alternations, Richard’s has always professionally and courteously served my needs. They did amazing job restoring my forty year old leather bomber jacket I purchased at the leather store at the Downingtown Farmers Market (If you know it, you know you’re old) replacing the frayed collar, zipper and pockets. Bottom line… Richard’s does fine work at a reasonable price.
Very rude.take your business somewhere else
Called to get a price on the cost of a mens dress shirt to dry clean and the lady keep hanging up the phone it's until the second call I realized she was hanging up. I called back and she said I will have to come in to get a price very rude customer service .
Friendly and very likable. Go there dry cleaning and alterations. Very reliable.
