I called for carpet cleaning after another service canceled at the last minute, and Leo was very helpful and made room in a busy schedule to get me in. I have never had my carpets cleaned so thoroughly. He did an excellent job, removed the pet odors that were my main concern, and was very pleasant to work with. The crew did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. It looks like a totally different color after they extracted so much built-up dirt and grime. They made several passes to be sure they pulled out all the soil, and they even removed some paint from my bedroom floor.
