i called richard's carpet service to get our office carpets cleaned for my wife. from the first conversation, i could tell this was the right choice. everett, their lead technician, came out to give us an estimate and explained everything clearly. they showed up right on time, and now our carpets look fresh and almost brand new. if you need carpet cleaning, this is one of the best experiences you can have. we appreciate the professionalism and great work, and we're excited to keep using their service in the future.
