They were able to special order carpet for us & did a great job on the install. Friendly workers! While we didn't shop around too much to compare costs, their pricing felt more than fair given the high quality job that they did.

Very smooth process from beginning to end. Fair pricing and good selection of products. Bonus that Richard’s could do hard flooring, carpet, backsplash, and countertops.
Love the showroom choices and service, the carpet we chose based on professional advice from Nick, and the excellent installation process. These are our priority items and we rate them highly Communication was not always quick. We often had to message, email or phone multiple times to get responses. I think they must have been quite busy.
