Very pleasant and helpful staff...showed me many styles and lines of carpet..and stayed past closing time to help me. Appreciate the excellent service.
We needed carpet fast and they really came through for us.
Friendly staff, great selections, and honest opinions with an appropriate level of upselling. We never felt pressured to go for something more expensive and were given fair information on the differences between quality levels that helped us feel like we were getting good value for our selections. The price was reasonable for what we expected, even with a slightly better quality of carpet than we planned to purchase initially. The installer was friendly, quick, and kept us informed.
James and team did an amazing job on my lower level new carpet installation. This was their third job at my house -- very customer friendly company along with installation quality and efficiency
Excellent workmanship and service. Very good response time and great to work with.
