Richard was able to clean carpet for me the next day that I requested. He cleaned the carpet on the stairs, hallway and bedroom. WOW! I did not expect my carpet to look this good. The nap is raised and 90% of stains are gone. My carpet is 25 years old so this is remarkable. Thank you for the great job and get customer service and politeness.
