He refused to schedule me in 2020, when I was a Hematology patient at Maryland Oncology Hematology. He cancelled. Now, I see he studied with Johns Hopkins. I was a victim of domestic violence and while I was at MOH trying to start drug Soliris, I reached out for counseling. He dropped me. No excuse. Nothing. “The staff and Dr. Brian Richards were all very friendly and helpful. It is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I was very well taken care of.”
