I hired them to help with my divorce. My wife's attorney would have been better, Brandi Gibson. She actually is helping to close out our divorce, which this firm was unwilling to do. They did show up to mediation, but definitely weren't beneficial in negotiations to me in the room. After I asked for help to get the quit claim deed, they sued ME in small claims court. I'll fight it, but I'll probably lose, don't recommend!
I have nothing but good things to say about this group, specifically Eric Benner, his assistant and the office staff. Eric is compassionate, patient, and a great resource for anything legal. I would highly recommend Eric Benner for any of your legal needs.
Tim Hixson is a great attorney. He was able to defend my son’s criminal case with a very positive outcome.

Laurie was great to work with, quick to respond to our questions and always made time to meet, call or email us back during the process. Both of my teenage sons made ridiculous decisions (as kids do) and landed in legal trouble. Timothy Hixson represented us and was just very kind, very knowledgable and got the boys the best possible outcomes for a juvenile situation. I had to reach out with questions a year or so after the fact and he was very responsive but did not nickel and dime me for reviewing my email. I would highly reccomend.
