Needed maintenance work on my car before a trip, I got several bids for brakes, and Richard's was THE ONLY one who offered financing options with the bid. Who wouldn't want a zero % option instead of paying full price in one lump?( I was also able to have more work done for the same price as just brakes at the other places). The other places I got bids from never offered, though I found out later that they had a similar option. Attention to detail is huge for me. Customer service and work were great! Highly recommend!
Best auto shop in town honest and fair
It's hard to find honesty in the world of business today and we feel at Richards we found it, there price is fair for the market today and they informed us of all our options with out pressure, we expected a repair of thousands of dollars and the bill was less than 1 thousand. James has been a tremendous help through a rough time of car repairs and we believe he will be our mechanic for ever.
Told me my cars engine was shot. Wanted $5000 to replace the engine. Took it for a second option and paid $250 for a couple sensors.
