My kids and I were traveling through Redding when our car overheated. Richard’s Automotive was amazing. They were able to get my car in, diagnose the problem, fix it, and have us back on the road within a few hours. The mechanic even test drove our van up Shasta Dam to ensure it was fixed and wouldn’t overheat again. Great experience. Highly recommend!
We drove 2 hours to get our truck serviced here and don't regret it! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff! They did the work you requested and in the end told you the truth about what may need to be done to put more life into your vehicle, but they didn't push it on you to get them done by them or right that minute. My 2015 Chevy Silverado had a 4W Service light, I called and they got me in right away. They called me with a diagnostic report and got my truck fixed same day. Very friendly and thorough. Very community minded and affordable. I highly recommend this shop.
Needed maintenance work on my car before a trip, I got several bids for brakes, and Richard's was THE ONLY one who offered financing options with the bid. Who wouldn't want a zero % option instead of paying full price in one lump?( I was also able to have more work done for the same price as just brakes at the other places). The other places I got bids from never offered, though I found out later that they had a similar option. Attention to detail is huge for me. Customer service and work were great! Highly recommend!
My old Camry has had a broken window for five years. I moved to Redding in the summer and the 110 temperature meant it was finally time to tackle it. Most of us drive and know finding a good mechanic can sometimes be a process. I was extremely blessed to have discovered Richard’s. I was met by Riley and she is such an all star.
