I cannot say enough good and great things about this team of competent and honest professionals. Not only did they repair my automobile, they communicated with me regularly and honestly, answered all my questions, worked around my schedule as they could, and treated me like I was a truly valued client. I have been a longtime customer at Richards. I had grown to have a lot of respect for Richard and his knowledge of motor vehicles. He could always get the job done. I will be honest, I was hesitant to return when I heard the shop had new owners. A good friend ended up going in there for something and said they were really first rate over there. best mechanics i’ve ever had an experience with. it’s hard to find car people you can trust, but you can def trust these guys. they are incredibly warm and kind. my car was completely dead and they diagnosed it for free, gave me a ride from my hotel to uhaul (which was not close), and were just really helpful every step of the way during a stressful time. support these people !! it’s a family business and it feels like one.
My experience with richards automotive was nothing but good. They are all in to help you any way they can. Their fair on their prices and do good work. Just recently coming back from redding our car developed a loud noise in the front end, we pulled into richards and they checked it for us, turned out we had a tire separate. He checked the problem, took our tire off so we could get to les swab for another tire, then put it back on for us afterwards and did it all for nothing.
