I want to start by saying my entire family has been going to Richards for years now and the new owners have continued to provide the same exceptional service just like the previous owners. I just recently took my 1995 ford F-150 in for an electrical issue of unknown origins and was immediately greeted and taken care of. Office staff were very friendly very helpful and their work on the vehicle was quick and outstanding.. this will be my new choice of service repairs to my vehicle when needed from now on.. definitely 10/10 recommend
Richard’s Automotive helped me with a same day repair and were fast and efficient. Riley was kind in the office and James a lead mechanic was quite knowledgeable and explained my engine problem in a clear way that I could understand. But what surprised me the most was that they saved me from a probable RV fire.
