I was in California visiting from South Carolina. Late Friday evening my air conditioner quit working in my car. I called Richard's Automotive and they got me in the next morning. The ac was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price, especially considering the work was done on a Saturday. I was so grateful to have my ac going for my trip home starting Monday morning. I highly recommend this shop and trust them enough to send my family there!
My car was needed some professional care. So I went to Richard's Automotive because they are close to a place where I live. Very nice and professional people work there. I left my car for the inspection in the morning. The owner called me in afternoon and explained what needs to be done. He gave a reasonable price. Very impressed with the new owners of Richard's auto. Had them do a variety of repairers for me including an engine replacement. Their quality of work is second to none and I have 0 complaints. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks again to the crew at Richards, keep up the good work.🙂
They are absolutely the best and most honest place you can take your car. I simply needed the engine splash shield taken off. Toyota wanted to charge me 205! I called Richard's and without hesitation the lady said come on by we'll take care of that. Not only was I able to come in that very same day they didn't charge me a cent!!! I was in and out within 30 minutes! Absolutely check them out for all car needs! Best price! Best people! So thankful for them!
Brought my 2 vehicles in for a smog on a Friday afternoon. No appointment necessary they said. They got both of my smogs done quickly and even did a pre-scan on my system monitors to make sure I wouldn't fail the OBD II portion. Always friendly, kind, honest, and a much lower shop rate than the dealerships. Support family owned Mom and Pop businesses. Thanks Richards!!
