I've been working with shop for over 10 years. They have always done an excellent job servicing all of our companies vehicles. Recently we had a vehicle that quit running in the middle of the road. Richard was passing by an saw us in trouble. He sent two of this guys over to help get the vehicle out of the road. They were a great help and even ran diagnostics on the vehicle in the field. I trust Richards and highly recommend them.
Richard's brings something other shops in the area don't: transparency, great communication, and a full explanation what is going on with your vehicle. Tony will even provide you with visuals to show you where the parts failed on your vehicle. They keep up to date on the new software and modules needed to read the sophisticated codes your vehicle will produce. All of this creates trust, something that's hard to come by in auto repair. My car is fixed & drives like a champ! Even with my oil change & extras (approved of course) it was just a few bucks more than my quote! I highly recommend Richards especially if you have a transmission issue! I will definitely be using them for all future car needs! Thanks for taking great care of my baby!
