Richard has NEVER taken advantage. Has ALWAYS done top quality work. Anytime and I mean anytime I have an issue it is only Richard that works on any of our trucks. I would not take my truck to anyone else ever up here. We trust him 100%. We have been using his shop for almost 10 years if not more. I recommend him to everyone and I know for a fact that they have always been happy with him. If there was ever a misunderstanding he would always make it right.
So my friends Jess and Jana took me to Richard's auto and let me tell you he and his staff are amazing. Great prices-great service I would recommend everyone to go to his shop.
I just had my Struts, Shocks, Ball Joints, Tie Rods, and Sway Bar Links Replaced along with a Complete Alignment and MY TRUCK DRIVES LIKE NEW! Excellent Service! One year update. My truck drives better than ever. Almost as good as when it was brand new the alignment is spot on and I've had even more work done since. He just replaced my timing chain cover and there isn't a drop of oil in sight. Before all of this he replaced my clutch. This guy really knows what he is doing I trust him 100% and you should do
Actually after seeing first hand,all that was accomplished by him and the other mechanic,I am going back to Ford for all my important and pressing work...as knowledgeable as he is his fast work pace,omits the quality I look for...enough said...Another jeep shop just found a cracked distributer Richard installed wrong and other issues ...what a true price gouging person he is...only reason he has a professional title is because he operated his own shop.....never ever trust someone who doesn't write recipes......this is my own... read more
