My oven locked shut the week before Christmas. Richard's Appliance came to repair it. A part was required. Despite a snow/ice storm which stopped deliveries, Richard managed to get the part late in the day on Friday. He gave up Saturday morning of his vacation so that I could make Christmas dinner for my family and friends. Richard has repaired other appliances for us. He is knowledgeable and does excellent work. Friendly, reliable, competent, reasonably priced. What more can I say? I was ready to replace my Kitchenaid dishwasher after it suddenly stopped working. Kitchenaid recommended that I call Richard's. I'm glad I did. The repairman made the assessment, found the needed part on his truck, let me know how much it would cost, and promptly replaced it. I highly recommend Richard's Appliance Service.
