Jim gave us a very competitive price. Seems like other contractors were double. He was responsive and professional at all times. The day of the project he showed up to get his team started. He then showed up a few other times that day. His team did a complete tear off, replaced all the plywood and installed a skylight in one day. Very professional, with fantastic communication throughout the job. I got several bids, and theirs was the most reasonable, but what really sold me was Jim’s thorough explanation of what would be involved and his patience with my questions. I found them through a neighbor’s recommendation and now I am happy to recommend them to others.
