Excellent and honest I love Richard's. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me. They are honest and will tell you up front what you need to take care of and what can wait - that is the main reason we continue to go to them. I feel like I'm talking with a friend not a mechanic.
Best Place for Mercedes Repair/Maintainence I love Richards! Maintaining your Mercedes in Santa Barbara can be a challenge at the very least. But not for me - I go to Richard's Accurate!
Horrible experience! My car broke down on Easter Sunday, and the tow truck driver suggested Richard's. I ended up paying far more than I would have at the dealer! I was charged for an hour of labor that my car didn't need, and the guy I dealt with was a total jerk. I was told that they washed my car as a courtesy, never mind I spent over $900!
Honest and Reliable I'm a big fan of Richard's. I have been going to them for about 10 years. Usually, as a woman, I feel pretty intimidated with mechanics because I know nothing about cars. Not here! They never make me feel dumb and I always trust that they are doing what's right and giving me a fair quote. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
