I do not recommend this provider. My experience was extremely disappointing both in quality of care and in billing practices. The sessions I attended were not what I would consider meaningful therapy — they mostly consisted of the provider sharing personal anecdotes rather than offering structured guidance, strategies, or evidence-based techniques.
