I was there for 9 hours for a basic medical clearance. Kept getting told I was next up from 10:30 and on. Watched numerous people who arrived after me go back and leave before I was even called. Getting sent back 2 months of training because of how long they took.

This clinic requires evaluation and potentially closure. Despite being a training environment, basic human decency should not be difficult to uphold. The customer service, from receptionists to providers, is consistently poor. Dismissing the notion of providing service to patients is selfish, regardless of rank. While there are a few exceptions who provide exceptional care, they are few and far between.
