There is an honest GC in Dallas! RW&A just finished our 3rd project (a room addition) with them. Project was delivered on time and on budget!! Richie’s quote (the owner) did not include any BS fees or upcharges for silly things. RW&A quoted price was very fair (4 different GC’s quoted). The project required coordination from 9 different skilled trades. We were notified when each trade would arrive, their scope of work, and estimated time to complete. I did worked through Tony Iovenelli at Richard Williams and associates. They are very professional and his crews all have great work ethics being prompt and clean through out the projects. I have had several different jobs for them and all were completed on time and with very high quality
Richard Williams and Associates has done several projects on our house in Plano. They replaced our carpet, remodeled our master bath and added a larger shower. They also replaced the roof and communicated with the insurance company. My favorite project was the project shown in the picture. They removed the posts on either side of our kitchen bar and added an island and new lighting throughout the kitchen and hallway. In previous years they added the custom kitchen cabinets. Update (initial reivew was a 5star) Poor workmanship. They did a bathroom remodel for us 10 weeks ago and we already have to bring another contractor for repairs (bathtub, tiles, sink, shower door...) They don't provide any warranty for the job they do. After the payment is received, they are not responsible for any repairs. If you want to work with them, you should hire an independent handyman to inspect their work before writing the check.
Very impressed by all the work done on our bathroom remodels. Had a great experience with RWA
