I called Richie after being referred by a family friend and now I'm giving his contact information to anyone who mentions needing a contractor. I appreciated the transparency in pricing and the flexibility to allow me to add and subtract to meet my budget. I will definitely be reaching out to Richard Williams and Associates for my next project.
Richard and his team were phenomenal in helping us renovate a complex Jack and Jill to a luxurious bathroom and walk in wardrobe for our son. Each and every one of his team are pros, well coordinated, and he pays close attention to quality. Their pricing was clear and transparent and easy to understand. We appreciate all their help and will certainly work together again in the future.

They removed the posts on either side of our kitchen bar and added an island and new lighting throughout the kitchen and hallway. In previous years they added the custom kitchen cabinets. Tony has been the project manager and checks the wo... read more
