Richard has phenomenal patience and the ability to clearly explain technical jargon and numbers that people who don't do this everyday don't understand. He was very responsive to every question I had no matter the time or day.
Not only was Richard very well educated in his profession, but he was honest and kind. I came to him with a dream and a wallet full of lint and he made miracles happen.
