Ripped Me Off I also recommend that you don't use Richard Wilkie Roofing. I hired him to do some patchwork and repairs on 2 of my houses in Tannersville. He suggested I put in an insurance claim which I did. He quoted me about $800 which I thought was fair. His work was ok but not great. But he came by when the insurance adjuster was there and saw that they were giving me about 4k for the roof. He saw this as an opportunity to milk me even though he was paid in full for the work.
