Dr Ward and the entire staff are the best. They never rush you through the appointment. Eric (PA)is very knowledgeable and helpful and I love the in office lab.
I had several Rx's to be filled. Apparently CVS lost track of them. I called and ask if they could be sent again. One of the front desk staff. Ask me what the Dr had prescribed. How many patients know what they are prescribed, until they can actually hold the bottle? I ask her to have the NP to check the chart, because I forgot to take detailed notes during my appt. Please let me know if this is SOP. If I need to keep a record of my appt I probably need to find a new Dr. I'm 61 years old , and I can't even remember being ask... read more
I bring my elderly father to Dr. Eric Arellano. He is always patient(while I translate) thorough and honestly listens and offers solutions. He is very professional and honestly a good person. Donna (RN) is always so pleasant and even learned "good day" in Italian to speak to my Papa. I am so thankful I found this office-we love them.
