While recently visiting Wrightsville Beach, I had the opportunity to visit a new home built by Richard Wallace Builders. Building a house on the beach requires a serious amount of resilience and style, and this very cool home had both. While on site, I spoke with Greg Wallace and his knowledge of their product was impressive, but not overzealous. No pressure to buy. The house sold itself. Absolutely gorgeous!!!
