I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Rich has been my go to massage therapist/bodyworker for over 10 years and I’m still constantly amazed at his knowledge and skill in working with the body. I’ve been dealing with a painful tennis elbow for over a year. After one session Rich helped me to dramatically improve the strength and decrease the pain I’ve been having in my arm. Excited to see him again next week.
I can't recommend Rich highly enough. He's not your standard massage therapist. Even though he can give you the strong deep tissue massage, he often tries to work with your body to coax your body into "rightness" in my experience. When I need some real, deep, functional and effective work done, I call him up. His prices fair and he's very timeline and professional.
