I have been with Agawam Eye Associates and Dr Richard Gallerani for 20 plus years and have always been impressed by his expertise and continued interest in attending top training seminars year after year and then bringing that knowledge back to his patients. The staff Rebecca, Gail or Morgan are always so pleasant and very accommodating anytime I call. I went to him for medical eye issue a week ago! Said he had to special order a script & someone would call me - well no one ever called me! I still do not have the script! Rebecca is always extremely rude. I am happy I found a new competent eye doctor. I am done with this place!
Dr. Gallerani is an excellent eye doc. I have been going there many years & he will get me right in when I have medical emergency or an eye issue.
