I was not pleased with this office in the beginning but it became drastically worse after they joined Brouse McDowell. The communication skills are horrendous. I never knew what I was paying for and I never knew how much anything was going to cost until I got a bill. And the bill went up and up and up and up, particularly after they joined the association.
