They never answer the phone, I have called every day multiple times a day at different times but no answer. The one time they answered they said they would call me back because their system was down but they never returned the call.
I’ll start with saying there are definitely good things about this guy and he’s probably one the nicer doctors I’ve taken my kids to. But he has never tested them anytime I brought them in sick. Hardly ever even checked their temperatures. The last time I brought my son in with high fever and threw up twice early like 2:30 that morning, I requested to the nurse to have him tested for everything. She said yes they could do that. Dr. Byrd has my trust. We are new to the area and we were finding it difficult to establish a family doctor. He is thoughtful, experienced and has shown us that he is an exceptionally wise doctor. I figure his bedside manner is what most people would desire. I trust him withy family and for me, that is saying a lot.
This is an excellent medical office, from the phone consultation to the doctor's appointment, everyone involved - receptionist, nurse, doctor, etc. - is extremely friendly, respectful and competent. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone needing quality medical care.
