Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. Let me put it like this for any doubters. There's going to a dentist and then there's going to see Dr. Bates. Period. You'll never have a better dentist take care of your teeth and have an awesome beside manner better than Dr. Bates and his staff. Everyone there is just great at what they do.
