I’ve worked with Rick and his team a couple times now and I cannot recommend them enough. He’s extremely knowledgeable, takes time to explain the process and makes sure you understand and are comfortable with your options. His team is extremely efficient, kind and always available.
When buying our home, our realtor introduced us to Richard and the Benchmark Team. The experience with Benchmark was the highlight of the home buying/selling process. In a time when many companies are strictly online, Richard was willing to meet in person and also offered the convenience of online business. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a home.

Team mortgage marine is very passionate about serving veterans and is quick to respond to any questions. The downside for me is talking negatively about other customers and not trying to lock down a better rate as the market changes. They also only focused on the VA loan and did not consider traditional. This limited the rates available and other possible benefits.
